🔹 Job Summary:We are looking for high-energy, sales-driven professionals for Agency Channel roles. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of advisors, driving business through them, and achieving sales targets.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Recruit and build a team of financial advisors/agents
- Train and motivate advisors on products & sales techniques
- Drive business through advisors and achieve monthly targets
- Support advisors in lead generation & client meetings
- Ensure quality business and compliance with company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors
- Conduct joint field work and monitor team performance
- 🔹 Candidate Profile:Graduate (Any stream)
- 1–6 years of experience (Sales / BFSI preferred)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness for field sales & local travel
