Job Description
🎬 WE ARE HIRING – VIDEO EDITOR
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years
Accommodation: Not provided
We are looking for a high-quality Video Editor who understands performance marketing and Meta/Facebook advertising — not just basic video editing.
🔴 STRICT REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have practical experience in creating marketing videos and should be comfortable with:
• High-quality video creation for Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram marketing
• AI video creation using modern AI video tools
• AI-generated UGC videos and UGC-style advertisements
• Creating and editing real patient testimonial videos
• Professional video editing for healthcare/medical products and services
• AI voice-over creation using ElevenLabs or similar tools
• Video hooks, storytelling and retention-focused editing
• Creating multiple variations of the same video for A/B testing
• Reels, short-form videos and performance marketing creatives
• Subtitles, captions, text animations and motion graphics
• Product/service-focused promotional videos
• Stock footage, AI-generated visuals and B-roll selection
• Background music, sound effects and audio enhancement
• Color correction, transitions and overall video quality enhancement
• Understanding of Meta Ads creative requirements and audience psychology
We are specifically looking for someone who can think like a performance marketer while editing videos, rather than someone who only knows basic Premiere Pro/CapCut editing.
