Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and escort them to their tables

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve food and drinks in a professional manner

Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest queries

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

Maintain hygiene and follow restaurant standards


Requirements:

Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)

Good personality and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in hotel/restaurant is a plus

Flexible for shift duties
