Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers politely
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Present bills and handle payments
Requirements:
- Minimum high school qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverages
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
