Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure WiFi routers, access points, and network devices
  • Conduct site surveys to determine optimal router/AP placement
  • Perform LAN cabling and basic networking setup
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, speed, and signal issues
  • Configure SSIDs, security settings, and bandwidth controls
  • Provide on-site technical support and customer guidance
  • Maintain documentation of installations and service reports
  • Coordinate with backend/network teams for escalations
