Job Description

A) Daily Accounting Entries :

  • Enter all receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries accurately in software.
  • Ensure entries are updated within 24 hours.
  • Write proper narrations in every entry.

B) Accuracy & Verification

  • Check whether transactions are entered correctly.
  • Identify duplicate or wrong entries.
  • Coordinate for correction of mistakes.

C) Branch Accounts Checking

  • Verify branch day sheets and invoices daily.
  • Match branch cash and expense records.
  • Report discrepancies immediately.

D) Bill Checking & Entry & Document Filing

  • Check bills and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure GST details and approvals are available.
  • Enter bills into software within 1–2 days.
  • Maintain proper physical and digital files
  • Ensure signed documents are properly maintained.
