Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & PurchasingHandle end-to-end purchase process.

  • Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with concerned departments.

2. Vendor ManagementIdentify and develop new vendors/suppliers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

3. Inventory & Coordination

  • Coordinate with stores and inventory teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Track pending orders and follow up for timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation and stock reconciliation.

4. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain

  • purchase records, invoices, agreements, and vendor documents.
