• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and oversee Indian, Continental, and bakery items including cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and plating.
• Plan menus and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food costs.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef in hotels, restaurants, catering, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine.
• Expertise in cake, pastry, and dessert preparation.
• Good understanding of food plating, food pairing, and inventory control.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a kitchen team effectively.
