About the role
We are looking for an experienced and people-first HR Manager to lead our human resources department. You will serve as the bridge between leadership and employees, driving talent acquisition, organizational culture, compliance, and workforce planning to support our company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of new hiresDevelop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor lawsManage employee relations — handle grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plansOversee performance appraisal systems and work with managers to drive a culture of continuous feedbackDesign and coordinate training & development programs to upskill workforce and support career growthAdminister compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance teamMaintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR reporting obligationsTrack HR metrics (attrition, headcount, engagement scores) and present insights to senior leadership
