HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and people-first HR Manager to lead our human resources department. You will serve as the bridge between leadership and employees, driving talent acquisition, organizational culture, compliance, and workforce planning to support our company's growth.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of new hires Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws Manage employee relations — handle grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans Oversee performance appraisal systems and work with managers to drive a culture of continuous feedback Design and coordinate training & development programs to upskill workforce and support career growth Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR reporting obligations Track HR metrics (attrition, headcount, engagement scores) and present insights to senior leadership.
