Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage daily customer interactions, generate sales through regular calling, take and process orders, resolve client queries, and coordinate product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer CallingMake daily outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Order Management
- Receive customer orders through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely processing.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up on pending orders and delivery status.
- Client Support & Query ResolutionHandle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Product Demo Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for interested clients.
- Work closely with sales representatives, product specialists, and customers to arrange demos.
- Follow up after demonstrations to gather feedback and convert opportunities into sales.
CRM & Reporting
- Update customer interactions, orders, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Submit daily call reports and sales updates to management.
- Track customer feedback and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, sales coordination, or inside sales.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, wholesale, retail, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of customer calls made daily.
- Orders received and processed.
- Sales revenue generated.
- Demo appointments scheduled.
- Customer query resolution time.
- Customer retention and repeat orders.
- Lead-to-order conversion ratio.
