Job SummaryThe Stock Incharge is responsible for managing and controlling jewellery inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating stock movement, conducting audits, and maintaining proper documentation of all inward and outward stock transactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMaintain accurate records of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery stock.
• Monitor daily stock movement and update inventory systems.
• Ensure proper tagging, coding, and categorization of jewellery items.
• Track stock availability and inform management about low stock levels.
• Stock Receiving & DispatchVerify incoming stock against invoices, challans, and purchase orders.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock transfers between branches, stores, and departments.
• Prepare dispatch documents and maintain dispatch records.
• Stock Audits & ReconciliationConduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies immediately.
• Assist in internal and external stock audits.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and transfer records.
• Generate inventory reports for management.
• Keep records of damaged, defective, or returned products.
• Security & ComplianceEnsure safe handling and storage of high-value jewellery items.
• Follow company policies related to stock control and security.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding inventory information.
