Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest.
  • Convert leads into sales or appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases/CRM.
  • Follow up with customers for conversions and feedback.
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
  • Maintain call records and daily reports.
