Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to join our team at Creative Future Consulenza. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guiding students and clients through the visa and admission process for various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and clients regarding study visa and immigration options.
  • Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation.
  • Handle queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Assist with application processing, form filling, and follow-up with institutions or embassies.
  • Maintain proper records of students/applicants.
  • Stay updated with the latest visa rules and policies of different countries.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or above in any stream.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in visa counselling (freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred.
