Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Review the client's profile (documents, Academics, travel history, etc.) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a tourist visa and Study visa. Submit complete and accurate visa applications to the respective embassy or consulate on behalf of the clients. Track the progress of visa applications, follow up with embassies or consulates, and keep clients updated on their application status.
Preferred candidate profile
1–2 years of experience in visa filing, immigration services, or overseas counselling. Strong understanding of visa processes, document checklists, embassy/consulate requirements. Experience in online form filling (DS-160, Canada IRCC, VFS portals, etc.).
