Strong local knowledge of Jamnagar markets, retail lanes and distribution network — knowing the ground is a big advantage
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi — ability to connect naturally with retailers and customers in local language
communication skills
A natural people person — someone who builds trust quickly and maintains long-term relationships
Target-driven mindset with high ownership — you treat your territory like your own business
Basic smartphone skills — comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Forms or a sales app for daily reporting
