Job Description

Guest Services

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Process check-ins and assign rooms.
  • Issue room keys and instructions.
  • Provide information about hotel services.
  • Recommend local attractions and dining.
  • Process check-outs and departures.

📞 Communication & Booking

  • Answer phone calls and route them.
  • Manage reservations and cancellations.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries.
  • Coordinate wake-up calls for guests.

💳 Payments & Admin

  • Verify guest IDs and information.
  • Process payments and card transactions.
  • Calculate bills and review charges.
  • Balance cash drawers daily.
  • Update guest records in software.

🛠️ Problem Solving & Support

  • Resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately.
  • Inform housekeeping of room statuses.
  • Keep reception clean and organized.
