Role Objective

To drive loan sales through effective tele calling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers for secured & unsecured loans.

· Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.

· Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into successful loan applications.

· Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance requirements.

· Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead management systems.

· Achieve monthly loan disbursement and sales targets.

· Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

· Coordinate with credit, operations, and back-office teams for smooth loan processing.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong communication and persuasion skills.

· Knowledge of banking loan products (personal & business loans).

· Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

· Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications

· Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.

· Experience: 0–3 years in telesales/loan sales preferred.

· Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
