Job Description
Job Title: Receivable Executive (Collection Executive)
Qualification:
- 12th Pass or Above

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding pending payments and follow up for timely collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record all customer interactions and collection activities accurately.
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure recovery targets are achieved.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with the finance team for account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Prepare daily reports on collection status and outstanding payments.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
