We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

performance-driven professional who can lead our paid advertising efforts (Meta & Google Ads) while also supporting key HR functions. If you enjoy working across roles and delivering measurable results, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Primary Focus):

  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions) and improve ROI
  • Manage ad budgets, targeting, and campaign strategy
  • Create engaging ad creatives (copy, images, videos)
  • Use AI tools for campaign optimization and content creation

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (Must-have)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva and video editing software
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work across functions
