Position: Manager – Operations & Administration

Location: Healthy Bites, Jamshedpur

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Data Management

Manage and monitor all billing operations across Healthy Bites outlets/counters.

Maintain daily sales records, billing reports, and reconciliation data.

Ensure proper updating of stock consumption and inventory records.

Coordinate with accounts team for smooth financial tracking and reporting.

2. Outlet Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day operations of all Healthy Bites service counters and food outlets.

Ensure smooth food service, customer handling, hygiene, and operational discipline.

Monitor manpower deployment and attendance across locations.

Resolve operational issues and ensure timely support to outlet teams.

3. Procurement & Raw Material Management

Handle purchase planning and procurement of all raw materials and consumables.

Coordinate with vendors for quality, pricing, and timely supply.

Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage.

Ensure proper documentation and inventory control.

4. Logistics & Material Delivery Coordination

Ensure timely delivery and movement of food materials, supplies, and operational items across locations.

Coordinate transportation and distribution requirements.

Maintain delivery schedules and vendor coordination for uninterrupted operations.

5. Client & Administrative Coordination

Coordinate with Tata Steel/Beldih Club/JRD administrative teams for operational requirements.

Manage approvals, permissions, communication, and service-related coordination.

Support management in implementing operational improvements and compliance requirements.

Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and partners.

Preferred Skills

Good communication and coordination ability.

Knowledge of billing, stock handling, and basic MS Excel.

Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams.

Problem-solving and operational planning skills.

Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations preferred.
