Job Description
Job Summary:
We are offering an exciting opening for Provisional Business Associate (PBA). Mandatory training and IRDAI exam required to obtain licensing. Ideal for candidates aiming to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Acquire clients through natural market
Handle sales meetings, objections & closures
Build strong client relationships
Recruit & mentor team members
Meet monthly/quarterly sales & development targets
Mandatory:
Mandatory training + IRDAI exam
IRDAI license required (issued after exam)
Smartphone & stable internet
6 hrs/day (Part-time), 10 hrs/day (Full-time)
Sunday Off
Skills Required:
Strong communication (priority in selection)
Sales experience preferred (higher weightage)
Negotiation, convincing, follow-up & presentation skills
Target-driven, disciplined, confident
Growth Path:
PBA → BA → SBA → CBA → Partner
(Firm creation is mandatory at PBA → BA promotion)
Earning Potential: ₹2–3 Lakhs per month (Performance-based)
