Job Description

Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.

Ensure timely collection of EMI and outstanding dues.

Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.

Coordinate with branch and operations teams regarding pending accounts.

Handle customer queries related to payments and settlements.

Update daily collection reports and recovery status.

Achieve monthly collection targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
