Sales and Marketing Executive

Structure Buildify is a fast-growing company based in Jhansi, working in Solar Installation, Construction, Interior Designing. We are expanding our sales team and are hiring Field Sales & Marketing Executives who can actively work in the field, meet customers, and generate business for the company.

In this role, you will visit homes, shops, hospitals, schools, factories, and commercial sites to explain our services related to solar, construction, and interior solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and coordinating with the office team for quotations and project execution. Daily reporting of your field activities and leads will also be required.

Graduates from any stream can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome. You should be comfortable speaking Hindi (basic English is sufficient), and you must have your own bike and smartphone. This role is ideal for confident, energetic people who are ready for outdoor field work.

The position offers a fixed salary of ₹13,000 to ₹18,000, along with attractive incentives, commissions, and travel allowance. This is a great opportunity to grow your career and income in the fast-expanding solar and real estate sector.
