Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain student data and update the ERP.
- Assist in the admission and enrollment process.
- Manage back-office documentation and records.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for student-related activities.
- Prepare daily reports and update work status.
Resolve student queries professionally.
