Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in domestic and international markets, particularly in the organic food and ingredients sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage with international clients, and a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets (USA, Australia, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Promote the company’s organic food and ingredient product portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in morning shifts, with flexibility for night shifts to handle international clients.
- Ability to work according to international time zones, including USA and Australia markets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and qualify leads.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in the food ingredients or organic food industry will be an added advantage.
