Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist our retailers and partners with service-related queries and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to retailer/customer queries
• Resolve issues related to various services and transactions
• Coordinate with banks and service partners for operational support
• Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
• Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the concerned team
• Maintain professional communication with retailers and partners
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
• Prior experience in customer support/call center is preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
Job Details:
• Position: Customer Support Executive
• Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
