Job Description
We are hiring a Field Officer responsible for visiting customers and collecting overdue EMI payments. The role involves regular field visits, maintaining records of collections, building rapport with customers, and ensuring timely recovery while following company policies. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally. Prior experience in collections or field recovery will be an added advantage.
