Job Description
Job Title : Receptionist cum Telecaller
Location : Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
Industry : IT Company
Work Schedule : 6 days per week
Job Description :
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable , with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures )
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. (Monitor logbook, visitor logbook )
Order front office suppliers and keep inventory of stock.
Maintain customer log, visitor log, employee log.
To make follow up calls to the existing customers.
To make calls to probable customers and tell them about our services.
To generate the customer leads through cold calling and transfer them to marketing department.
To do the data entry work.
