Relationship Manager - LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales
- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients seeking Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Focus on sales and business development activities related to LAP. - Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closure of loans. - Maintain client records and follow up for timely loan disbursal and repayments. - Requires good interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients. - The role is based in Jodhpur and involves direct client interaction and sales responsibilities. - Candidate should be proactive in identifying new business opportunities in the LAP segment. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets is essential. - Familiarity with financial products and lending processes is advantageous.Job role
