Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman to join our FMCG distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, maintaining strong relationships with shop owners, taking orders, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers and wholesalers daily to generate sales orders.
- Promote products and ensure proper product display at outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales/distribution (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
