^^Note: Below 50% SOP Ach: min 125% Ach in any one of CASA NTB/OTB/RTD value parameter will be eligible for a payout of Rs 3000
• Monthly Payment will be processed on M+2 basis
• Max Incentive at 80% of CTC for the month

Incentive Booster/Docking : (i) Basis MTD RPOL Growth : a.If Inc RPOL is +ve -> Full eligible incentive will be paid. b. If Inc RPOL is -ve -> 70% of total eligible incentive amount will be paid. (ii) Special Booster - on 12 Months basis (on FY basis) : a.10% of CTC - 125% and above Score card for 8 Months out of 12 months (iii) Qualified Family Banking (NTB+OTB): 5 - Booster 10% on the score (iv) Qualified PH (NTB+OTB): 10 - Booster 10% on the score (v) RTD Book - Mapped Portfolio: RTD value Renewal booster/docker a. 90% + renewal in value terms: 10% booster on score b. 70% to 90% renewal in value terms: 5% booster on score (vi) RTD Book - Mapped Portfolio: RTD (No of Customers) Renewal booster/docker a. 80% + renewal in terms of No of Customers: 5% booster on score

NISM and IRDA certification is mandatory. If any employee is not certified, below rules will be applicable for calculation of KRA/Incentive. (i). For Vintage Employee (more than 3 months Vintage) : a. Not eligible to sell and docker of 25% incentive on the overall SOP (ii) For New Joiners/ Role change (from other channel to RM Channel) employees : (Upto 3 months) b. Only considered as LG subject to Branch is certified for the first three months.
