Role Overview: We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage and streamline dispatch operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and safe delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities-

·       Manual Order Preparation: Take full ownership of making the material ready yourself, ensuring every item is physically prepared for its final destination.

·       CRM Task Accuracy: Strictly follow and complete every step within the CRM task list to ensure no component is overlooked.

·       Precision Packaging: Execute the physical packing of ventilation systems to ensure zero damage and total safety during transit.

·       Zero-Error Verification: Perform a final audit of all materials against the CRM task list to ensure 100% accuracy in quantity and specifications before moving items to the dispatch area.

·       Workflow Coordination: Work directly with the packing and logistics teams to ensure materials are ready exactly when needed.

·       On-Time Fulfillment: Ensure all materials are verified and ready for transport as per the company's delivery commitments.
