Job Description

Industry: Aluminium Recycling (Ingots & Cubes – Domestic & Export)


Job Summary:The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of aluminium ingots and cubes in domestic and international markets. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, managing export sales, and aligning pricing strategies with global aluminium market trends (such as LME).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for aluminium ingots and cubes
  • Identify and onboard domestic and international buyers (manufacturers, traders, exporters)
  • Manage export sales processes including documentation, compliance, and coordination
  • Track global aluminium prices (LME) and align pricing with market conditions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights
  • Attend industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings to expand network
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in metals, recycling, or industrial B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of aluminium ingots, cubes, and scrap value chain
  • Experience in export sales and international client handling
  • Knowledge of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LME pricing and global market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
