Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery Store

Job Summary:

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at the store, showcasing jewellery products, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a presentable personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
• Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery items effectively
• Explain product features, pricing, and customization options
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of display counters
• Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery items
• Keep updated with latest designs, trends, and product knowledge
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Assist in stock management and inventory checks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10TH AND ABOVE
• Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
