Job Opportunity: Activities and Guest Engagement Executive

Location: The Dome Retreats, Bangalore (Resort with 11 cottages on the outskirts of Bangalore)

Work Hours: 9 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and manage activities including kayaking, pottery, stargazing with telescopes, djembe drum circles, pool games, putter golf, karaoke with campfires, candlelight dinner setups, event decorations, bird watching, nature walks, and camping tent arrangements.

Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritizing guest satisfaction and retention.

Act as a role model for excellent guest relations, maintaining regular communication with guests to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

Support event planning and assist in other resort activities as required.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.

A collaborative team player willing to contribute to various resort tasks.
