Job Description
- Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations.
- Prepare and maintain customer documentation.
- Data entry and record management in Excel and software systems.
- Coordinate with customers regarding solar project documents.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Follow up for pending documents and approvals.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
- Support the sales and installation teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain files, records, and project-related documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of office work.
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in back office or administrative work is preferred.
