Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle customer payment follow-ups, order and delivery follow-ups, and routine customer communication. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining call records and daily reports in Excel, coordinating with the sales team regarding order updates, and assisting with day-to-day back office operations. Basic computer knowledge, Excel skills, and good communication abilities are required. Experience with Tally will be an added advantage.
