Barista

We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic Baristas to join the Kafi House team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to Kafi House standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café.
• Deliver a warm and welcoming customer experience.
• Handle daily opening and closing duties.
• Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of coffee, coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso-based beverages.
• Understanding of manual brewing methods such as V60, French Press, AeroPress, etc.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Prior café experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Training & GrowthAt Kafi House, we believe in growing together. All selected baristas will undergo initial training to understand our coffee program, service standards, recipes, and brewing techniques. We are looking for people who are eager to learn and passionate about specialty coffee culture.
