Business Development Executive (BDE)

Bilivin Education is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales, communication, and client engagement.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect with potential students through calls, messages, and online platforms
• Explain courses, programs, and services offered by the company
• Generate leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and students
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or internal systems
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Confident, presentable, and result-oriented
• Ability to handle objections and convince potential customers
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline
• Male candidates preferred
• Age up to 27 years
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
