Position Title: Customer Relationship Executive
Reporting To: Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, generate leads, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves building strong client relationships, addressing queries, promoting services, and contributing to revenue growth by achieving defined targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Effectively communicate value propositions and recommend suitable services based on customer needs.
- Generate leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the system.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) for smooth service delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with relationship-building ability
- Sales orientation with convincing and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and objection-handling capability
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Qualifications & Experience:Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or client handling
- Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
- Performance Metrics (KPIs):Call productivity (inbound/outbound)
- Lead conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction levels
- Follow-up and closure efficiency
