Job Description

Role Overview:


The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying international business

opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the

export sales process from inquiry to order closure. The role requires strong

communication, market research ability, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct market research to identify potential export markets, new product

opportunities, and emerging business trends.

 Generate and acquire leads through social media platforms, business lead

portals, and networking sources.

 Perform daily follow-ups by calling and engaging with leads acquired through

multiple channels.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing product

information, support, and guidance.

 Understand client requirements and share relevant product details, images,

catalogues, and technical information.

 Recommend new business opportunities, product enhancements, and service

improvements based on market insights.

 Update lead status and client interactions regularly in the CRM system.

 Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, dispatches, and

documentation related to export inquiries.

 Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.

 1–3 years of experience in export sales or international business development

(preferred).

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and documentation will be an added

advantage.


 Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
