Job Description :


* Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.


* Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Apna or other job websites, and industry events to identify passive candidates and build pipelines.


* Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, establish selection criteria, and guide hiring decisions.


* Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive,, engaging experience for all candidates throughout the process.


* Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
