Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR operations. • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll support
• Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
