Inventory Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, strong process management skills, and the ability to implement systems that minimize inventory errors and improve efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
• Handle inventory accounting and tracking using Tally ERP
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce inventory errors
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Implement and manage barcode systems for efficient tracking of inventory
• Oversee billing and invoice creation using Tally or relevant software
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Identify gaps in inventory processes and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams

• Key Requirements:Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
• Experience in barcode implementation and inventory systems
• Ability to create and enforce SOPs for operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of billing, invoicing, and stock reconciliation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Preferred Skills:Experience in warehouse or supply chain management
• Familiarity with inventory forecasting and reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
