Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for:
  • Vehicle Sales (Retail/Wholesale)
  • Service operations (Revenue, Job Cards, Productivity)
  • Inventory/Stock Management
  • Accounts & Financial data
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and HR teams for data collection
  • Track KPIs such as:
  • Conversion ratios
  • Revenue trends
  • Customer retention
  • Workshop efficiency
  • Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
  • Manage dealership software (DMS/CRM systems) and data extraction
  • Support audits and compliance reporting
