Job Description
Job Title: Packaging & Dispatch Executive
Location: Kalyan
Responsibilities:
Pick products as per order invoice.
- Verify product, quantity and customer details.
- Pack orders neatly, safely and accurately as per protocol.
- Add thank-you cards, instruction cards and promotional inserts without missing anything.
- Generate courier labels and prepare parcels for dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups.
- Update dispatch status in the system.
- Maintain stock of packaging materials.
- Keep the packing area clean and organised.
- Report damaged or low-stock items immediately.
- Follow packaging SOPs and quality standards.
