Presales Executive

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• HSC in any discipline
• Minimum 23 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling /Customer Relationship.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently.
• Telecalling experience.

MAJOR ROLE:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Understands customer requirements and arrange visits.
• Explain project details on call
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits.
• Coordinate with the CRM team for lead allocation.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend inbound calls and make outbound sales follow-up calls.
• Generate qualified leads through telecalling.
• Explain project features, amenities, and pricing as per company policy.
• Schedule customer appointments and site visits.
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status.
• Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
• Resolve customer queries professionally
• Maintain customer database.
• Any other work assigned by Management
• Meet daily calling and appointment targets and calling targets

REPORTS TYPE:

• Daily Calling Reports.
• Weekly Site Visit Report.
• Monthly Lead Conversion Report
