Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, supervise nursing staff, and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist doctors during procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and nursing notes.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff for smooth patient care.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Educate patients and attendants about care procedures and post-treatment instructions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification (mandatory).
• Valid nursing registration with the State Nursing Council.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse (senior role experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and hospital protocols.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
