Job Description

  • Site supervision and execution of day-to-day construction activities
  • Monitoring labour, subcontractors, and site productivity
  • Checking quality of work as per drawings and specifications
  • Coordination with architects, consultants, and project managers
  • Preparing daily progress reports and updating work status
  • Material planning, checking, and site stock monitoring
  • Ensuring safety procedures and proper site housekeeping
  • Measurement of work and bill verification
  • Handling site documentation and maintaining records
  • Monitoring project timelines and achieving target schedules
  • Coordinating concrete pouring, shuttering, steel, masonry, and finishing works
  • Checking BOQ quantities and controlling wastage at site
  • Managing site manpower and resolving execution issues
  • Ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and client requirements
  • Assisting in planning and execution of project activities
