Branch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Promote banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and loans.
• Verify customer documents and complete KYC formalities.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the banking system.
• Support cash and non-cash banking operations as per branch requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Meet monthly sales and service targets assigned by the branch.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate (preferred)
• Age: 18–30 years (may vary by bank)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Gender: Male & Female
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and relationship-building ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Sales and marketing aptitude.
• Ability to work in a team and under targets.
• SalaryFreshers: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.8 LPA
• Experienced: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (depending on the bank, location, and experience)
